This week's gritty guest in our baseball series is Garrett Acker. Garrett grew up in San Antonio and specialized in baseball, which earned him the chance to play at the Division I level. Garrett started his select organization Tribe baseball where his philosophy is that “every player has the chance to play at high levels. You should train for the 1%, because if you get 1% better every day, 365 days a year, you'll be a completely different baseball player." He also currently assists the University of Texas at San Antonio baseball team. His passion is developing youth baseball players and maximizing their training both physically and mentally.
